THE WEATHER

CONTINUANCE OF FINE WEATHER PREDICTED The weather is forecast to be fair to fine, with cold night but mild day temperatures. The weather shows no sign of breaking, and a beautifully fine and warmer day was experienced yesterday. The temperature rose to 67 degrees, and 11 hours 55 minutes of sunshine was recorded. The night was again cool, and this morning was fresh and clear. The barometer was still steady. Easterly and south-easterly winds continue to prevail in the Dominion. The weather to-day was generally fine but overcast in Auckland and Christchurch.
