PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE TO KING (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The president of the Empire Chambers of Commerce, Lord Elibank, in a message to King Edward thanking him for his message to Congress, expresses the trust that congress’s deliberations will result in the formulation of proposals which will bring about the further speedy expansion of inter-imperial economic relations, and will thus contribute towards the solidarity of the British Empire.
