FAIJ. OVER PRECIPICE FOUL KILLED; FOUR SERIOUSLY INJURED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 301 h March. 0.35 a.in.) LONDON, 28H, March. A message from Pialigorsk, North Caucasus, says that a party of eight youths and girls roped together were i limbing Elborus Peak when a girl slipped and fell and dragged all over a precipice. Four were killed and four seriously injured.
