It is considered certain that Australia will ,be invited to send a Rugby Union team to Britain in 1939 or 1940. The Australian, South African and New Zealand delegates are most satisfied with the results of the Imperial Rugby Conference, and are confident that the 'lnternational Board will grant a number of dispensations.
