BUENOS AIRES FAIR
CANADIAN DELEGATION (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 20th February, 11.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, 19th February. A delegation of Canadian business and professional men and representatives of tho provincial and dominion governments, and numerous ladies, left Montreal to-day for Halifax on the first stage of a 15,000 mile journey to the British Empire Trade Fafr at Buenos Aires. Sir George Perley represents the Dominion Government.
