REPARATIONS CONFERENCE

PARTS, 29th March. According to the "Petit Parisien," the Reparations Conference has declared that there has been enough beating about the bush. The. Germans must define their attitude or allow the conference to break up. They handed over a memorandum outlining'the Allied suggestions which can be discussed as a minimum, asking Herr Schacht to reflect during Easter upon the immense disadvantage to Germany of a final rupture.
