HUGE RADIO TRANSACTION

Jones financial service states' that "definite negotiations are progressing in Europe between Thomas W. Lammon, of the J. P. Morgan Company, and Owen D. Young, chairman of the board of the Radio Corporation of America, toward the Sale of Communications Subsidiary of the Radio Corporation to the International Telephone and 'Telegraphic Company." It is understood the discussion is centring around a price between 100 and 120 million dollars.
