STAND BEFORE VERDUN RECALLED (United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyrigc t) (Australian Prees Association.—United Service) PARIS, 28th March. In contrast to Marshal Foch's interment on Tuesday, the burial of General Sarrail at the Invalides to-day i# was simple and without pomp. M. Painleve in a stirring oration, praised General Sarrail's stand before Verdun in 1914, also his bloodless liberation of Greece from Constantino's domination.
