TRAWLER OVERDUE
FROM MACQUARIE ISLANDS. (Press Association —Cor*right.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 17. Anxiety is felt for the Federal trawler Endeavour, which is nine days overdue from the Macquarie Islands, wheT© she landed "the relief men of the Mawson Expedition. . According to Macquane reports there was a heavy gale a couple of days after her departure. Arrangements have been made to despatch a warship to search for the vessel, which experts are hopeful has been delayed by a broken shaft or other mishap. ~.,-,. ut There are 22 on board, including ilr Dannevig, Director of Fisheries, Mr Power, wireless operator at Macquane Island, and Mr 'Harrison, biologist.
