The Dominion Millers' Association has urged the Government to .establish a line of State-owned steamers bmweer Canada and Great Britain to combat the increasing ocean /freights, which v.*a* stated in the last few years has increased 40 to 75 per centMr Borden, Prime Minister, did not favour a Government line. He suggested that the millers and farmers should co-operate in creating and patronising a line.
