REVISION OF TREATIES
P»w«* * annrt attotj .— PnpTßTr^T.i BERLIN, March 5. Herr Sydow, speaking in the Prussian Diet, reiterating Heir Delbrueck's speech, said other countries forced the revision of treaties. The question of the new tariff law to give Germany a weapon -with which to negotiate new treaties and remove existing blemishes was becoming a burning one. The preliminary work was proerrefstng to enable Germany to face the situation.
