VISIT OF PRIME MINISTER
NELSON ARRANGEMENTS,
Definite arrangements have > now been completed for the visit to Nel'son and district of the Prime Minister; Mr. Massey. He will leave Wellington by the Mapourika on Monday next, the 9th inst.,- for Picton, where he will attend the official opening ifof the new wharf. He will afterwards leave for Blenheim, After -visiting various portions of the Marlborough province, .Mr Massey will leave for. Nelson, spending Thursday in Havelock. He will arrive here on Friday afternoon, at 4.30, and will receive deputations on . arrival. The nature of the entertainment in the evening has not yet been decided. On Saturday morning "at 8 o'clock the Prime Minister's party leave for Motueka, Takaka, and Collingwood, staying a .few hours at each place en route. A return will -be made from Collingwood next day. On Monday Mr Massey will receive further deputations, and in the evening will deliver a public address in the Drill Hall. On the following day Mr Massey will leave for Wfistport. Mr Massey wil be accompanied on his visit by Mrs and Miss Massey.
