S. PETERSBURGH, Monday. The steamer Arehanv e l?h. with eighty passengers on board, "was crossing the Neva duiing a thunderstorm when sbe struck an ice floe and foundered almost immediately. The passengers fought for the few'life belts available. A pacing vessel le.scued twelve menand three women. The remainder were carried away by the current and drowned.
