STOKE ROAD BOARD.
A special meeting of the Board ;was held on Saturday, the 17th inst., at 7 p.m., all the members being present. The following tenders for the banks on tbe Clover Road were accepted, subject to the following conditions, that the cuttings when completed have a batter of six inches to the foot. No. 1, Edward Christian, £8 IO3; No. 2, Frederick Corder, £6 5s ; No. 3. Kinzett and Jessoy, £6 os. Resolved, That the road paring be postponed until the wet weather sets in. That tbo resignation of Mr Noble Coleman as Ranger be accepted, and that Mr R. B, Gibson of Stoko be appoiated to that office. That the Richmond Town Board be permitted to procure earth from the cutting near Mr J. Hart's, under the supervision of the Overseer.
