(Received Jan. 3, 12-30 p.m.) London, January 2. In connection with the recent assumption by Great Britain of the ownership of the district of Saint Lucia in East Africa, it is now announced that Luderitz and of Bremen (?) claim that tiieir representatives acquired Saint Lucia from the Zulu King, Dinizulu, in November last.
