PICTON.
A match between the Blenheim and Picton divisions of the Marlborough Rangers, 12 picked men on each side, took place on Monday last. The day was all that could be desired fbr the purpose. The conditions were five shots for each range of 300, 400, and 500 yards. The total scores were, for Picton, 458 ; Blenheim, 432 ; majority for Picton, , 28. The highest individual scores "were, Carey, of Blenheim, 48 ; aud J. Fuller, of Picton, 47.
