Another Maltese Delegate Resigns
LONDON, Tue. (11 a.m.)— Mr Edward Ellul, Malta’s CommissionerGeneral in London, resigned today, following the example of Mr D. Mintoff, deputy Premier and Minister for Reconstruction. , The Prime Minister (Dr Paul Boffa) is tlfe only member of the Maltese delegation left to carry on talks with the British Government on Malta’s economic crisis. ,
