Due! Called Off

BUENOS AIRES, Mon. (1 p.m.).—A duel which the former Foreign Mint isfer (Juan Bramugha) was to have fought with Dr Jeronimo Remorino, Ambassador to the United States, has been called off. Bramuglia’s seconds said Bramuglia frankly could not remember what he was supposed to have said to Rernorino that was grounds for a duel. They added that since no insult could possibly have been intended, “expressions considered offensive” were therefore withdrawn, and honour was satisfied.
