Portland School Bring And Buy

A-Succcssful bring and buy was hold in the Portland Hall, resulting in over £6O being raised towards the school social funds. Much of the success was due to generous support given to the trading stalls and to the help freely given by the stall-holders and donators of prizes for the competitions. Competition winners were: — Wood, R. L. Jones; coal, Mrs G. Cotter; smoker’s stand, Beverley McCollum; teddy bear, Michael Jennings; Christinas hamper, E.
