Grarat'ed Divoirce Obi Growsid Of Adyifery
He was married in October, 1940, and lived at Whangarei, but was frequently absent on building jobs, said Robert William McDonald in petitioning before Mr Justice Callan for a divorce from his wife, Joyce Alice McDonald on the grounds of her adultery with Ray Mitchell Garmson.
He said that on account of rumours he heard on his return home in May after an absence of some days at work, he taxed both his wife and Garmson and they admitted misconduct.
After evidence of admissions had been heard the judge granted a decree nisi.
On the ground that the respondent had failed to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights, decrees nisi were granted to Desmond George Williams (Mr Ross), against Gladys Jean Williams; to James Reginald Price (Mr Ross), against Vivienne Jean Price; and to Helen Joy Turnbull (Mr Price), against Henry Leyden Turnbull.
