Former Deputy Provost Dismissed From Army
(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 31. Major T. G. Irvine, former deputy provost-marshal at Berlin and Hamburg. who pleaded guilty at a courtmartial on March 3 to charges of misconduct, has been dismissed from the service by orders of Field-Marshal Mcotgomery
The prosecution stated at the court martial that Irvine did favours for German civilians, employed a German woman as informant, gave her a car, ind requisitioned a house and used it for parties.
