Maori Charged With Robbery With Violence
Arrested on Thursday evening, Joe Mhnu Ruma, a 30-year-old Maori, of Waima, appeared before Mr J. J. Bedggood. J.P., yesterday, on a charge of having committed robbery with violence at Taheke on Saturday afternoon.
Accused was remanded till Monday
The charge arose out of the daiyng' assault and robbery in which Mr Edward Brennan was attacked in his own home and deprived of over £IGO.
