Mr. William Whittaker

OBITUARY

The death occurred recently of a well-known and highly resident of the Rangiahua district, Mr William Whittaker. Mr Whittaker had been a resident of Hokianga for practically the whole of his life, and was engaged in the timber industry for many years. He leaves a widow and 15 children. Settlers from all parts of the district attended his funeral held at the Booms, Rangiahua, to pay their last respects. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Rev. G. L. MaiTey.
