Men, women and children, numbering between 30,000,000 and 40,00,000 have been torn from their native soil in fulfilment of the Nazi policy. The International Labour Office reveals that a study of displacement of the European population shows 6,500,000 foreign workers have been compulsorily transferred to Germany, 12,000,000 evacuated from European Russia, and 10,000,000 Germans evacuated from bombed cities and coastal defence areas.
