Chinese CounterAttack Japanese
(8.0. W. noon) RUGBY, October 1. Chinese troops, according to a Chungking statement quoted here, counter-attacked Japanese ti'oops who recently crossed the Fu River, 12 miles south of Anachang. In Kwantung province, the Chinese have beaten back a Japanese attempt to land troops in launches on the coast south of Canton.
