Soviet Will Cling To Soviet States
LONDON. July 23. A very definite indication that Russia has no intention of giving up Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia after the war was given by “Red Star", which published a leading article under the heading “Baltic countries were and will be Soviet.” The leader was written after the third anniversary of the incorporation of the Baltic states into the Soviet. Exiled Governments from three states met at Moscow yesterday, and reaffirmed their allegiance to the Soviet.
