One Plane Every 12 Minutes In U.S.
(Rec. 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 10. United States aircraft factories are now producing one plane every 12 minutes said the War Production spokesman (Mr. Smalley). He added that in a few weeks’ time they hoped to have the rate raised to one every eight and a half minutes.
