(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6. Captain W. H. Cable, master of a coastal steamer of 873 tons named the Sturdee Rose, and his crew have received the personal congratulations of the Naval Commander-in-Chief for shooting down a twin-engined German bomber.
