Dividend Maintained
[Special to “Northern Advocate”] AUCKLAND, This Day. A net profit of £3341, a slight decrease, is shown in the acounts of Whittome, Stevenson and Co., Ltd., for the year ended June 30. A sum of £1360 is set aside for taxation, and from the balance the directors propose an unchanged dividend of 6 per cent, for the year, free of security taxes. This will absorb £1845 and £1220 is carried forward, against £IO9O brought in.
