Copra Ship On Fire At Singapore
SINGAPORE, April 28.
A fire which broke out in the cargo of the British copra vessel Benroch (5888 tons) alongside the wharves yesterday afternoon, is still burning today,. in spite. of continuous efforts by men in fire floats and on fire engines. The vessel is listing heavily, and is believed likely to become a total loss.
