Successful Regatta, Sports At Pahi
Officials of the Otamatea Regatta Club have every reason to be satisfied with the result of their annual regatta, which was held at Pahi on Saturday. Gate-takings totalled £75, which was only £lO below last year's record of £BS. With the exception of the 193!) regatta, Saturday’s collection was the highest in the history of the club. Shortly before noon several heavy cold showers swept across the harbour and the timetable was thrown out of gear. Several of the aquatic events were abandoned.
