On the eve of the Anglo-Japanese negotiations, the city is plastered with posters: “Punch the British Nose! ” “Let Us All Knock the British ”
A huge anti-British parade is planned for today. It is estimated that 15,000,0*00 people attended yesterday’s demonstrations throughout Japan.
