Rescue Expedition For Sick Arctic Explorer
[lndependent Cable Service .] (Received 12 noon) OSLO, May 12. An expedition will start today from Aalesund to rescue the explorer, Count Micard, who a few days ago radioed from a base in Greenland that he was weakening daily from an unknown illness. The ship is expected to reach the ice barrier in three or four days, carrying a plane, which will try to land near the hut where Count Micard is sheltering 125 miles away.
