(Received 3.0 p.m.) LONDON, May 12. The Lille correspondent of “The Times” says that, in the presence of political and military dignataries, the High Commissioner for New Zealand, Mr W. J. Jordan, en route, to Geneva, presented the walled town of Le Quesnoy, which the New Zealanders captured in 1918, with the New Zealand flag and the pennant of the New Zealand Division. A military review followed, after which wreaths were laid on a monument commemorating 93 New Zealand officers and men in the Garden of Remembrance.
