Italy’s Record Crop Pleases Mussolini
(Received 2.3 q p.m.) ROME, January 22, Speaking at a prize distribution, in connection with lli'e annual wheat crop competition, Signor Mussolini said all the enemies of Fascism were confused and amazed when they learn, ed the figures for the wheat crop—almost 31,000,000 quintals in a bad season. (A quintal is equivalent to 1.968 cwt). .
Signor Mussolini ridiculed foreign anti-Fascist suggestions that the Italian people were faced with* danger and added:
‘Anti-Fascist ignorance does not disturb us. It is not a bad thing no.t to be too well known.” . ■ '. !
