Czech Manufacturers Seek Chance Under Union Jack
(Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, January 9. The Czech Refugee Committee announces that eight former Czech industrialists are anxious to refound their industries in England or the Dominions, bringing expert labour, machinery and a small amount of capital. The products which they wish to manufacture, include bed and table linen, curtains, hosiery, knitted goods, earthenware, chinaware, glassware, mother-of-pearl buttons agricultural implements and women’s fancy shoes.
