(Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, January 9. In response to requests from Australia, the Duke and Duchess of Kent are endeavouring to rearrange their plans to enable their arrival in time for the Melbourne Cup. It is almost certain that the Duke and Duchess will go to New Zealand for the Centenary.
