(Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY. December 18. The Sydney “Sun” states that New' Zealand tourists can find Australian money for necessities, according to banking circles, hut large amounts will not be exchanged because if would assist speculators. Sydney banks generally are not exchanging Now Zealand notes sent over or brought from New Zealand since December 7. but, where hardship would have resulted, many people have been allowed to cash small amounts.
