Alfonso’s Rights Restored
(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON,- December 16. General Franco has issued a decree restoring to ex-King Alfonso the full rights of Spanish citizenship, of which he was deprived in 1931 by the Republican Government, states a message from Burgos. The decree also annuls all the Republic’s later laws depriving the King of his property in Spain.
