“Can goldfish bo kept in a Stale house?” This inquiry was made the other day in perfectly seriously vein to a local estate agent. It. was understood that, the keeping of poultry, pels such as cats and dogs, or other livestock, is not permitted in the Govern-ment-built homes, but whether or not goldfish come under the heading of “livestock” has not yet been determined.
