Mr. Croskery Resigns

[Per Press Association. CopjjngntJ CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The resignation of Mr A. W. Croskery as workers’ representative on the Second Court of Arbitration was announced to-day by the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong. The Minister explained that Mr Croskery, who had been general secretary of the Amalgamated Society of Shop Assistants, had not completely severed his connection with that body on account of his appointment to the Court of Arbitration being of a temporary nature. The society now wanted Mr Croskery back, and he had accordingly asked to be relieved of his duties with the court.
