| f Special to “Northern Advocate.'! AUCKLAND. This Day. , A letter left by the deceased figured j in ihe inquest into the death of Albert ! Frederick Voice, motor driver and mechanic, aged 31, who was found ; dead in a rom at his home at Mt. Eoskill on June 15.

The father of the deceased, Frederick Voice, said his son was married on j December 22, 1934. There was one; child, and his son’s wife had deserted him in November, 1936. Every effort had been made to trace wife and child, and because deceased could not find them, he would at times become very despondent. Witness considered that a reference in the letter found on the dining table in deceased's room applied to deceased’s sister-in-law, who was marj t ied on June 11 last. He suspected his j son would be watching the wedding lin the hope ihai his wife would bo | present. j The letter read as follows;—“Well, i 1 hey are married. One can only hope ! (hat their lives will be for ever happy, •and that nothing will ever break or I mar the love which brought them toi gether.
