Fatality At Colliery

[Special to “Northern Advocate .” 3 AUCKLAND, This Day. Found lying beside screening machinery, with grave injuries to the head, a machine attendant, Mr John Clark, aged 23, single, died at Glen Alton collieries late yesterday afternoon. It is believed that Mr Clark either became entangled in the machinery or was struck .by a belt or a revolving wheel. Mr Clark’s parents live in the district. An inquest was opened today.
