Nuffield Takes A.J.C. Sires Produce Stakes

The highlight of the opening day of: the Australian Jockey Club's autumn meeting at Randwick yesterday, which was favoured with delightful weather, was Nuffiold’s stylish win in the Sires’ Produce Stakes, turning the tables on Pandava and thus, for the time being, deciding the respective merits of these good colts. The attendance was 67.000, compared with 49,600 last year.
