(Received ID a.m.) LONDON, January 7. The aeronautical correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph says that after Air-Marshal Sir William Mitchell’s disclosures, it is understood that the Air Ministry proposes to impose further restriction on public discussion of details of the strength of the Royal Air Force and equipment. It is pointed out that strict reticence is observed by foreign Powers regarding their air strength. It is impossible to obtain from France, Germany or Italy statistics of accidents in their Air Forces, and their newspapers; are not permitted to publish the facts, although it is believed that casualties are numerous.
