LONDON, March 20.

In an interview with the Brussels correspondent of the British United Press, the leader of the Rex Party (Fascist), M. Leon Degrelle, said: “If I win the by-election against the Prime Minister, Dr. van Zeeland, on April 11, I will immediately take power without a dissolution or a general election. ; “We shall remove all economic and social affairs from the control of Par-*-Lament and leave them to corporations. Parliament will be limited to the traditional work of controlling and voting budgets. If I am beaten, I will resume my work with the same ardour and optimism.
