The New Zealand Farmers’ Co-oper-ative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report that at their weekly Morfinsville sdle held yesterday there was a smaller yarding of fat sheep, for which advanced rates were paid. A heavy yarding of dairy heifers came forward, Competition was keen, and good quality cattle close to profit sold readily in advance of last week’s values. Quotations: — Sheep.—-Fat wethers, 30/; light fat ewes, 19/ to 21/; fat and forward lambs, 18/2 to 21/; store lambs, 15/9.
