Endean, member of Parliament for Parnell, was appointed by the New Zealand branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, at its annual meeting in Wellington, to represent the association, at the Melbourne Centenary celebrations in November. Last month the honorary M.A. decree was conferred on him by the authorities of Oxford University, in recognition of his services as head of the University Air Squadron.
