COBB’S ACHIEVEMENTS. (Received .10 a.m.) LONDON, August 0. .John C'ohh, driving a Napier Railton motor car won the Brooklands championship. His average speed jvas 1,11.511 miles an hour, the highest of any race ever won at Brooklands. Cobb also broke the lap record with a speed, of 140.01 m.p.k.
