AGREEMENT POSSIBLE. GOBRING’S OPINION. (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARTS, March 20.. Captain flooring has extended the olive branch to France. The newspaper “Le .Tour” .prints an interview with him, in which he says that ho once believed reconciliation with France was impossible, but he has changed has mind. He now proclaims that there can be no durable peace in Europe, or the world, unless the relations between France and Germany are settled. There is no insurmountable territorial or economic obstacles between them.
